Community Manager, The Village at Horsepen - Richmond, VA

Community Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a the community and meeting the company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the community in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. The Community Manager supervises all on-site personnel in the leasing and maintenance areas.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Management or related field and a minimum of 5 years prior experience in luxury apartment management, strong interpersonal skills, strong financial analysis skills, the ability to supervise and motivate community staff and excellent computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. AMSI experience is a plus. Strong management skills with a proven track record of making sound business decisions, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are required.

The Community Manager will simultaneously conduct many tasks & produce results on an on-going basis and must be multi-faceted and flexible in working with other departments.

Leasing Specialist, The Village at Horsepen - Richmond, VA

The Leasing Specialist interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy while maintaining excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior leasing experience, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a strong closer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience with AMSI and E-Site desired. Some weekend hours are required.
