The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager in the coordination of persons, activities and available resources to accomplish the goals and objectives as set forth by Gumenick Properties. These objectives include providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospective residents while maximizing income and controlling expenses to ensure the community is managed and maintained to the highest standard. The Assistant Community Manager is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operating data.

Successful candidate shall possess a bachelor's degree in management or a related field and have prior experience in luxury residential property management. Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, financial analysis skills, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite are also required. Experience in Yardi would be ideal.

Sales Manager, Monument Square, Richmond VA

The Sales Manager is responsible for all new home sales within their community and meeting the company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the community working with both the customer and construction staff to ensure sale and delivery of exceptional homes. The Sales Manager is also responsible for information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. The Sales Manager supervises all on-site sales staff and ensures they are knowledgeable in all products, options and site amenities.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and a minimum of 5 years prior experience in luxury new home sales, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to supervise and motivate staff and excellent computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Real estate license preferred.

The Sales Manager will simultaneously conduct many tasks and produce results on an on-going basis and must be multi-faceted and flexible in working with other departments.

The Leasing Specialist interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy while maintaining excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior leasing experience within luxury community setting, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a strong closer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience with AMSI and E-Site desired. Some weekend hours are required.
