Threshold enables you to apply up to 25% of your apartment's monthly rental value towards a deposit on a new home in one of Gumenick Properties' award-winning neighborhoods.* The longer you rent, the more you can save.

The Threshold program is open to all Gumenick Properties' apartment residents, whether you are a new renter or have lived with us for a while. Ask us for details on what steps you can take to move up to a home of your own!

::  The door is open to current and new residents of Gumenick Properties' apartment communities.

::  Current residents will receive an immediate rental credit, up to 36 months of credit, and can continue earning rental credit as long as they are in residency.

::  Only leaseholders may enter the program. Co-signers, guarantors and occupants are not eligible for the program.

::  An application is required for entry to Threshold.

::  Pass through from your rent an amount not to exceed 25% of the total rent value of the apartment.

::  You may be elgible to receive an additional 3% credit on the purchase price of your new home.

::  The door closes on this offer with no cash benefit to you if you move out of a Gumenick Properties apartment community prior to using your Threshold benefit.
